Coordinate with customers for any query even the D.G set would be dispatch or after dispatch.
Maintain all records of Customer Data.
Co- Ordinate with Vendors & Suppliers for Supply of Material.
Sending Purchase orders for supply of Material & Co ordinate for timely delivery of Material.
Maintain Records of Orders received & DG dispatch on daily basis.
Maintain Terms with Corporate Customer & collect some Orders over mail.
Handling Correspondence through Mails, Phone & Letters.
Find Material Shortage from Orders & also arrange the Material according to Shortage.
Handling Purchase order, Road Permit, form –C, Quotations and other official data & provide to Plant or Executives accordingly.
Coordinating office staff activities.
Co-ordinate to all Service Dealers for providing us the Installation & Commissioning for all areas.
As a Coordinator assumes my duties & try to give my Level Best for our Company.
Keeps Record of MOM of All Dealers & Executives and all other important documents related to H.O.
Interconnects with all our Branches.
Arranging all data from the dealers & executives which is required for Dispatch of DG Sets or after sales Support.
