INDIAN COAST GUARD
Applications are invited from male Indian Nationals possesing educational qualifications and age as prescribed below, for recruitment to the post of Naviks (General Duty) and Navik (Domestic Branch) in the Indian Coast Guard, and Armed Force of the Union for 02/2011 Batch :
1. Naviks (General Duty)
Pay Scale : Rs. 5200 - 20200 with Rs.2000 Grade Pay
Qualification: 10+2 with Maths and Physicsfrom an education board recognised by central/ state government.
Age : Born between 01 August 89 and 31 July 93.
2. Naviks (Domestic Branch (Cooks & Stewards)
Pay Scale : Rs. 5200 - 20200 with Rs. 1900 Grade Pay
Qualification : Matrics (10th Pass).
Age : Born between 01 Oct 89 and 30 Sep 93.
The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years of OBC candidates.
How to Apply : Application is to be submitted on plain paper in the appended below (Type/Written/Hand Written in English or Hindi) and is to be sent to the address of Zonal Recruitment Center. The Type of the entry , choice of centre and percentage of marks 10th for Navik (DB) and 12th for Navik (GD) board examination in to be clearly written on the top of the envelop.
